I’m going on my second month of using. I’m generally pretty sensitive to Vitamin B’s get rather irritable from it. I seem to be handling B well with this vitamin. I’m sleeping better and do think I’m having more energy in through the day. It’s cold and flu season and I generally have a good immune system & am exposed to people as I work in a health care setting so we will see how I do . I just ordered two more bottles so I’m feeling good about the product this far.

After researching this product and comparing to others similar products, I decided to purchase and give it a try. I have been taking this supplement for 6 weeks and very happy with the results.
